Policies

 

  • All appointments are by appointment only.

  • Arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment to complete paperwork and relax before your massage.

  • Please turn you cell phones off or silent.

  • Notify your therapist of any new health issues or concerns you might have.

  • If you are ill (cold or flu) please reschedule your appointment. A massage can worsen your symptoms, and I am sure you do not want to make your therapist sick.

  • We are not able to add tips to any charged transaction. Gratuities are appreciated but not mandatory, average gratuity is 15-20%.

  • Please call if you are going to be late for your appointment. Because it is not fair to the next client, you may not get your full time if you are late.

  • Cancellation: we ask you call at least 24 hours for cancellations. You could be charged up to 50% if you cancel within the 24 hour, no-call no-shows, will be charged the full amount of the service.

  • Minors: a parent or legal guardian must sign the intake/health release form. We request the parent/guardian remain on property during treatments.

  • Dress: you will undress to your comfort level. You will be covered at all times, except the area the therapist is currently working.

  • Packages are not transferable to another person, one person per package.

  • Packages are nonrefundable unless the client can prove medically unfit to receive massage.
