Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic Massage focuses on the targeted manipulation of soft tissues—such as muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia—to alleviate pain and enhance mobility while also reducing stress. This specialized approach is tailored to meet each individual's specific health needs and goals, ensuring a personalized experience that promotes overall well-being. If would like to add cupping to your service, request at the time of the service, but please note not all therapists perform cupping.

The perfect massage for the mother-to-be or the new moms. Pre-natal helps the body adjust to your growing baby, and post-natal helps the body readjust after birth.

​​Soft Tissue Release (STR)

STR is a 20-30 minute targeted technique to help release tight muscles, scar tissue and adhesions. It's effective for those suffering from repetitive strain injuries, chronic restrictions, headaches and recovery from joint surgery. (pricing same as the 30 minute)
