Swedish
The therapist will use light to medium pressure to help relieve stress and increase blood circulation. This massage is perfect for the first massage.
Deep Tissue
The therapist will use medium to deep pressure during this massage to reach the deeper muscles to help relieve muscle tension and improve injury recovery. This is often considered more of a therapeutic massage.
Pregnancy
The perfect massage for the mother-to-be or the new moms. Pre-natal helps the body adjust to your growing baby, and post-natal helps the body readjust after birth.
Hot Stone
We no longer offer hot stone. If you have a gift certificate, you may redeem it for a hot stone until 9/1/24 by calling the clinic. You may redeem it anytime toward a different treatment.
Cupping massage
Massage Cupping is a modern adaptation of the ancient art of cupping therapy. While massage performed by applying pressure, cupping instead uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissues.
30 minute express
The 30 minute express massage allows the client to receive some massage in the fast-moving world. During this massage, the therapist will work a specific troubled area. This is not a full body massage. Get a massage with someone special. We are able to provide two massages of any style together. Call for availability.
Soft Tissue Release (STR)
STR is a 20-30 minute targeted technique to help release tight muscles, scar tissue and adhesions. It's effective for those suffering from repetitive strain injuries, chronic restrictions, headaches and recovery from joint surgery. (pricing same as the 30 minute)
